She arranged an amazing cenote experience for us, and the hotel staff already knew all our preferences when we arrived — down to the welcome note waiting in our room. It was completely stress-free, beautifully planned, and unforgettable. I could not recommend Kristina more. I’ve already started asking her about future trips, and we’ll 100% be using her again.
