LuxuryTravelClubs.com provides curated access to exclusive luxury accommodations, private excursions, VIP travel benefits, concierge services, and charitable travel experiences through a branded member model. While we facilitate bookings, the final service is fulfilled by the corresponding third-party supplier (hotel, villa, or DMC).

2. Membership Eligibility & Use

• You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
• You agree to use this website and affiliated platforms solely for personal or approved group travel purposes.
• Unauthorized commercial use, scraping, or booking on behalf of unaffiliated third parties is strictly prohibited.

3. Booking Conditions

• All reservations are subject to the terms of each supplier. You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms before confirming a booking.
• BTA acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the performance or omissions of third-party providers.
• You are responsible for ensuring accuracy of all information submitted during the booking process.

4. Payment and Fees

• Pricing is provided in U.S. dollars (unless otherwise noted) and may be subject to taxes, fees, currency conversion, or service charges.
• Payment processing is handled by certified third-party vendors. We do not store payment card details unless explicitly authorized.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Usage

All website design, branding, content, imagery, software, and logos are the intellectual property of Boutique Travel Advisors or its licensed affiliates and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

• BTA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• BTA does not guarantee the availability, safety, or satisfaction of third-party travel services.
• In cases BTA's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total value of the service purchased through our platform.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your profile. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform, at our discretion, for any misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following posted updates constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
